“Digital Products” – eBooks sold in PDF and EPUB formats.
“Physical Products” – paperback copies printed and shipped via Lulu Direct.
“Customer”, “You” – any individual accessing or purchasing from this Site.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” – Abdullah Shaikh.
2. Use of This Website
By using this Site, you agree to:
• Use it only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information at checkout
• Not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the Site
• Not copy or distribute copyrighted content without permission
We reserve the right to refuse service if these Terms are violated.
3. Products Offered
3.1 Digital Products (eBooks)
Our eBooks are delivered in PDF and EPUB formats immediately after purchase.
You receive a personal-use license only.
You may NOT:
• Share or distribute the files
• Upload them to any platform
• Reproduce, modify, translate, or resell them
• Violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of the author
All eBook purchases are final.
3.2 Physical Products (Paperbacks via Lulu Direct)
Physical books are produced and shipped using Lulu Direct, a print-on-demand service.
Lulu handles:
• Printing
• Packaging
• Courier delivery
• Replacements for damaged copies
Shipping times and costs may vary based on location.
4. Pricing & Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
For International Customers:
• PayPal (includes PayPal accounts + international credit/debit cards)
For Indian Customers:
• Cashfree Payments (UPI, netbanking, cards)
Prices may vary by region due to printing, shipping, or promotional adjustments.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
5. Shipping for Paperback Orders
5.1 Fulfillment
All paperback orders are fulfilled through Lulu Direct. We do not physically ship items ourselves.
5.2 Shipping Times
Estimated timelines (not guaranteed):
• India: 7–15 business days
• USA: 5–12 business days
• UK & Europe: 6–14 business days
• Other regions: 10–20 business days
Delays due to customs, courier issues, or holidays are outside our control.
5.3 Tracking Information
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
6. Refunds & Returns
Refund policies differ for digital and physical products.
6.1 Digital Products (PDF & EPUB)
Because digital files are delivered instantly:
❗ All eBook sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered for:
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Device compatibility issues (unless proven defective file)

6.2 Physical Products (Paperbacks via Lulu Direct)
Physical books are printed on-demand; therefore:
❗ We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong format
• Incorrect address entered by customer
Replacements Are Provided If:
✔ The book arrives damaged
✔ There are printing/binding defects
✔ The wrong item was delivered
Replacement Process
Email us within 7 days of receiving your book.
Include:
1. Order number
2. Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
3. Photos of the packaging
If Lulu cannot reprint/replace the item, a refund may be issued back to the original payment method.
7. Customer Support
For help with:
• Failed downloads
• Damaged paperback deliveries
• Payment issues
• Order status
• Technical problems
We typically respond within 24–72 hours.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site—including eBooks, text, images, trademarks, branding, and cover art—is the property of Abdullah Shaikh.
You may NOT:
• Copy
• Distribute
• Modify
• Upload
• Translate
• Reproduce
Any of our content without written permission.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Shipping delays or courier errors
• Customs delays/charges
• Losses caused by incorrect addresses
• Payment gateway failures (PayPal, Cashfree)
• Technical issues from WordPress, Hostinger, or WooCommerce
• Download failures caused by user-side device issues
• Service interruptions outside our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
